We are seeking a proactive Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles within India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing:Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
Screening & Interviews:Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Job Posting & Advertising:Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement:Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Database Management:Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Experience:2 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment within the domestic market.
Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies.
Recruitment Tools:Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills:Strong time management and organizational abilities.
