Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

- 3 to 5years of relevant experience in Domestic market

- Must work from office 5days a week

Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end IT recruitment
for domestic (India-based) requirements
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and hiring priorities
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
, referrals, and social media
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates through telephonic/video interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and interviewers
Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful candidate closures
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or internal trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets and TATs
Stay updated with current IT market trends, skill demand, and salary benchmarks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

35 years of experience in
Domestic IT Recruitment
Strong knowledge of IT skills such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, SAP, Testing, etc.
Hands-on experience with
Naukri Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good understanding of C2H, Contract, and Permanent hiring models
