Job Title:

Location: Onsite

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Developers, Testers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, SAP, etc.).
Understand technical requirements from hiring managers and convert them into effective job postings.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/HR discussions.
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and recruitment MIS.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Meet hiring targets, SLAs, and TATs.

Required Skills

Strong experience in
IT/Technical recruitment
Hands-on experience with
job portals
(Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed)
Good understanding of
technologies
(Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, QA, etc.)
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in
contract, permanent, and C2H hiring
