We are seeking a Domestic BPO Executive to join our dynamic team in India. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience who are passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support and service inquiries
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Document customer interactions and feedback in the system
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
Achieve individual and team performance metrics and targets

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language)
