Position Overview

We are seeking a Document Controller to manage, track, and maintain all technical, contractual, and project-related documentation for our sludge drying equipment business. Coordination of documentation across teams, supporting compliance, project execution, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a structured document control system for technical drawings, manuals, compliance records, and project documents.
• Receive, review, log, and distribute documents (engineering drawings, specifications, data sheets, vendor documents, contracts, and reports) to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure version control and traceability of all project documentation in alignment with company standards and ISO requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely documentation flow.
• Manage documentation for tenders, proposals, and client submissions, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and up to date.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal and external document queries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years preferred) as a Document Controller in engineering, manufacturing, or construction industries (experience in water/wastewater, sludge drying, or process equipment industry is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures, standards, and best practices (ISO 9001 experience preferred).
• Proficiency with document management systems (EDMS), MS Office Suite, and PDF editing tools.

Pay: ₹11,876.25 - ₹50,000.00 per month
