Document Controller

Role Overview As a Document Controller at our company, you will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining all technical, contractual, and project-related documentation for our sludge drying equipment business. Your role will involve coordinating documentation across teams to support compliance, project execution, and client communication. Key Responsibilities - Establishing and maintaining a structured document control system for technical drawings, manuals, compliance records, and project documents. - Receiving, reviewing, logging, and distributing documents (engineering drawings, specifications, data sheets, vendor documents, contracts, and reports) to relevant stakeholders. - Ensuring version control and traceability of all project documentation in alignment with company standards and ISO requirements. - Liaising with project managers, engineers, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely documentation flow. - Managing documentation for tenders, proposals, and client submissions, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. - Conducting regular audits to ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and up to date. - Acting as the central point of contact for internal and external document queries. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelors degree in Science/Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or related field. - Proven experience (3-5 years preferred) as a Document Controller in engineering, manufacturing, or construction industries (experience in water/wastewater, sludge drying, or process equipment industry is a plus). - Strong knowledge of document control procedures, standards, and best practices (ISO 9001 experience preferred). - Proficiency with document management systems (EDMS), MS Office Suite, and PDF editing tools.
