Coordination of documentation across teams, supporting compliance, project execution, and client communication. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain a structured document control system for technical drawings, manuals, compliance records, and project documents. Receive, review, log, and distribute documents (engineering drawings, specifications, data sheets, vendor documents, contracts, and reports) to relevant stakeholders. Ensure version control and traceability of all project documentation in alignment with company standards and ISO requirements. Liaise with project managers, engineers, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely documentation flow. Manage documentation for tenders, proposals, and client submissions, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and up to date. Key Responsibilities: Review client inquiries, tender documents, and specifications to understand technical and commercial requirements. Develop detailed techno-commercial proposals for sludge drying systems, including process design, equipment sizing, cost estimation, and scope definition.
