Document Controller

We are looking for experienced Male/Female candidates for Document Controller position in our company based at Ahmedabad.

Job Role:

Register all incoming and outgoing Project Documents/ Preparation of VDRL (Vendor document register list)

Preparation of Project Documentation.

Liaise with Project Management, discipline engineers for document preparation

Should be able to identify client documents & extract all relevant documents to be transmitted, compile & properly manage documents suitably.

To ensure project documents are circulated to the relevant team members and to ensure the compliance of this.

To respond to each functional Engineering team for any requests to assist them in the control of Project Documentation.

Set up Project and Design Files/documents and ensure timely submission throughout the project cycle.

Check information on documents and drawings.

To update document status in a timely manner for each project.

Coordinating with Client Document Controllers & be familiar with Client Documentation process.

Good understanding of Client’s Document Portal.

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical)

Essential Skills:

Have experience in working with various document control tools

Good knowledge of effective filing and retrieval system

Organized, strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Proficient typing and editing skills

Data organization skills

Fluent in English & have good communication skills.
