Responsibilities
Customer service: Greet customers warmly, provide product information, answer questions, and offer personalized recommendations.Sales and promotions: Inform customers about sales and promotions, demonstrate product features, and upsell where appropriate to meet sales goals.Store operations: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restock shelves with merchandise, and assist with inventory management.Point-of-sale (POS) and transactions: Operate the cash register, process payments, handle returns and exchanges accurately, and balance the cash drawer.Customer relations: Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, build customer loyalty, and gather feedback.Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
