• Sales and customer service:

• Promote products, services, and special offers to maximize sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
