Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Document Controller to join our team on an urgent basis in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in document control.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documents.
Develop and implement effective document control processes and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to team members on document control best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to document control.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or a related field.
Strong knowledge of document control principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other document control software.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate.
