Engaged in client related work (maintaining & preparation Project related documents) Preparation of Monthly reports Monthly Invoice and follow ups with client Generating work orders through CMMS for PMs Circulating work permits approvals for the client Closing work orders Maintaining administration records & files Staff & worker payrolls, Leave details & clearances Listing of Assets and Consumables. Raising vouchers and Indent Updating AutoCAD drawings Work service order through Microsoft Access and follow up.
