Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets in the construction chemical division.
Develop and execute strategies for market expansion, distribution network development, and dealer handling.
Oversee primary, secondary, retail channel sales, distributor handling, and waterproofing product lines.
Ensure effective communication with customers through regular meetings and site visits.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in Construction Chemicals industry with expertise in Distribution Channel Sales, Dealer Network Management.
Strong understanding of Distributor Handling, Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Network Expansion & Market Expansion concepts.
Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
