Opportunity For Sourcing & Closing Sales Role

We are an executive search firm seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Manager for a leading luxury real estate developer in Mumbai. The client is looking at 2- closing sales & 2 sourcing sales professionals.

Channel Sales - Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage top-performing channel partners, brokers, and wealth managers catering to luxury clientele.
• Conduct regular partner meets, training sessions, and incentive programs to ensure partner engagement.
• Lead Generation & Revenue Contribution Drive qualified lead flow and sales closures through channel partners.
• Track, monitor, and enhance channel partner performance to maximize contribution to overall project sales.
• Leverage networks across Mumbai, NRIs, private bankers, and corporate CXO groups for business opportunities.
• Stay abreast of competitor activity and channel trends in the luxury real estate market.
• Represent the brand at high-profile channel and industry events.

Closing Sales - Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales closure for luxury residential projects, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.
• Manage client interactions from site visits to deal structuring, addressing objections with confidence and finesse.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, payment plans, and terms while safeguarding company interests.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth documentation and timely completion of agreements.
• Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, CXOs, NRIs, and institutional buyers.
• Deliver a highly personalized, concierge-style sales experience that aligns with luxury brand positioning.
• Maintain a robust post-booking engagement process to minimize cancellations and strengthen referrals.
• Stay updated on competitor launches, luxury lifestyle trends, and buyer expectations in Mumbais premium residential market.
• Represent the company at exclusive events, exhibitions, and private showcases.
