Distribution Manager

Job title: Area Sales Manager Distributor

Division/Department: Retail

Sub-Function: Distribution

Reports to: Regional Manager

Age profile: 30 - 35

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive Key Retailer activity through BTL.
• Implement system & processes for sales.
• Drive Contractor & Painter activities in network.
• Planning of training module for On -Role & Off - Role Manpower for driving sales.
• Drive primary & secondary sales through distributor network.
• Candidate should be able to organize training and incentive program for ground team for improving depth & width of distribution.
• Drive sales budgets (Key retailer Budgets) and motivate team.
• Liaise between Head Office support functions to support sales function at field.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Graduation + MBA with Specialization in Marketing
• The candidate should have minimum 10-12 years sales experience
• Exposure to distribution business from FMCG, building materials, paints or tyre

Personality Trait Requirements:

Proactive leader and planner with expertise in strategic planning, execution having high achievement orientation, Strong Analytical capability, good inter-personal relationships & business acumen.
