Job Description

Ensures that office support needs of the department are met
Prepares basic reports and presentations; assists with document creation for both content and administrative tasks
Coordinates the collection of relevant material needed for documents
Maintains office support workflow and allocation of resources, while providing quality assurance and client satisfaction with office support staff performance
Ensures the compliance of Mercer s best practices and standards for document production
Serves as a liaison between office leader/office leadership group and other consultants to ensure client satisfaction with office support service levels
Utilizes best practices to enhance core work processes and work flow to improve quality of service delivery
Coordinates appropriate orientation and on-going education/training of all support staff
Assists with ad hoc firm requests or any project related activities; event coordination, marketing support, etc
