Ensure smooth execution of marketing and operational initiatives.
Regularly review targets, performance metrics, and team engagement.
What Youll Bring?
8 to 12 years of experience in telecom, retail, or handset sales management.
Proven record in managing multi-store or zonal operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
