Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Sales Manager, located in Ghatal. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated district, managing and supporting a team of sales agents, developing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. The role involves regular field visits, market analysis, and building relationships with merchants and partners to drive business growth. Additionally, the District Sales Manager will provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to sales agents, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy Development, and Team Leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Analytical skills for market analysis and sales forecasting
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Understanding of rural markets and financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
