Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Sales Manager located in Dhemaji. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in their district. The role includes overseeing and training sales teams, identifying and engaging potential Spice Money Adhikaris, and maintaining relationships with existing Adhikaris. The District Sales Manager will also conduct market analysis, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and report on sales performance to company management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the fintech or rural banking sector is a plus.
