Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Amroha for a District Sales Manager. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing training and support to team members. The role involves monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The District Sales Manager will also oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new Adhikaris, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver Spice Money services.

• Skills in Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies
• Proficiency in Conducting Market Research and Performance Monitoring
• Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills
• Ability to Recruit, Onboard, and Train New Team Members
• Experience in the Fintech or Financial Services Industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Any strem
• Fluency in local languages and familiarity with the rural market are beneficial
