Director, Salesforce Delivery Governance

As a Director of Professional Services at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in leading a highly motivated and performant industry-focused Services team to deliver maximum value and satisfaction to customers and teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and growing an industry-focused professional services team with top talent and organizational structure - Providing leadership, technical direction, and mentorship to maintain a high-performing, highly engaged team with maximum utilization - Building and fostering relationships for greater collaboration with Regional Salesforce Professional Services teams - Participating in business development activities, leveraging existing relationships to win new Salesforce clients - Focusing on innovation to ensure the team is constantly evolving in their approach to deliver maximum value of Salesforce products - Building and nurturing relationships with internal teams, external system integrators, and technology partners to solidify partnerships and commitment to customers - Hiring world-class talent, promoting diversity, and managing performance to ensure career growth opportunities - Embodying Salesforce values and providing exemplary leadership To be successful in this role, you should have: - 15+ years of experience working for a consulting firm or a professional services division of a software company - Strong experience in Sales, Services, and/or Industry clouds within Salesforce - Proven success in building a Salesforce consulting organization and leading a team of 100+ members - Track record of at least 5 successful Salesforce cloud project implementations - Experience in large-scale transformation projects - Track record of selling solutions at the C-level - Ability to consistently deliver revenue numbers, produce accurate forecasts, and focus on team development and growth - Passion for technology and innovation, with a forward-thinking mindset - Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications - Excellent analytical, influencing, and communication skills Your experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role, such as extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.,
