As a Director of Pre-Sales at Carelon Global Solutions (CGS), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Commercialization Pre-Sales and Solution organization. To qualify for this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in computers, computing, or engineering, along with a master's in business administration from a Top Tier Institution. You should have extensive experience in an IT services or Commercial Outsourcing Services organization, preferably in a similar pre-sales and solution role, with US Healthcare knowledge and AHM-250 Certification. With over 20 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 10 years in managing Healthcare Pre-Sales/Solution organizations, you should possess strong leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking skills to drive successful engagements and deliver complex assignments. Your skills and competencies should include clear communication, stakeholder management, multitasking abilities, business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
