Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director - Revenue located in Gurugram.

Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven sales leader to drive revenue growth and execute effective sales strategies. He will lead a high-performing sales team, build and strengthen client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to achieve ambitious growth targets.


Key Responsibilities:

 Revenue Growth: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.  Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and inspire the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.  Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

 Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.

 Sales Operations: Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics for informed decision-making.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive business growth. Requirements:

 10+ years of sales leadership experience role.

 Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering successful sales strategies.

 Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

 Hands-on experience with sales operations, analytics, and market strategy. What We Offer:

Qualifications
