In this role, you’ll set the vision and strategy for workflow engineering, AI-enabled solutions, and human-in-the-loop capabilities while leading a talented cross-functional team of SDMs, engineers, and designers. How You Will Achieve Success
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of SDMs, engineers, and designers to deliver impactful solutions within the Merch Tech portfolio.
- Define and drive the vision and strategy for workflow engineering, AI productization, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes by enabling GMV growth and EBITDA improvements through innovative technology.
- Prioritize and manage a high-velocity portfolio, optimizing 4–8 high-output resources to maximize business impact.
- Own end-to-end accountability for Merch Tech outcomes, including roadmap execution, product adoption, and financial performance.
What Experiences Will Help You In This Role
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 3–5 years in leadership roles driving strategy and execution.
- Deep expertise in ecommerce and digital marketplaces, with a proven record of P&L ownership delivering measurable financial impact (GMV, EBITDA).
- Successful track record shipping AI-enabled products, workflow automation, or attribution models.
- Strong collaborator with engineering and design, adept at balancing technical and UX tradeoffs while influencing stakeholders across business, operations, and technology.
- Background in B2B SaaS or platform products preferred, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
