Job Description

Title: Director of Sales (full-time, remote - contract)

Pay: $15-20 per hour with the possibility of more, based on results


Are you a natural sales leader who can build and improve a culture dedicated to driving remarkable growth?

  1. Do you have extensive experience successfully managing high-performing sales teams?
  2. Are you a self-driven professional who thrives on delivering exceptional revenue results?
  3. Can you lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met?
  4. Can you develop and implement workflows, policies, and procedures to optimize the entire sales funnel?
  5. Are you capable of monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and sales success?
  6. Can you collaborate with the CEO to set a vision, address challenges, and continuously improve processes?
  7. Can you prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics, challenges, and solutions to senior management?
  8. Can you recruit a new team of amazing sales agents to handle remote (home-based) matchmaking service sales to US clients?

  • Are you detail-oriented and results-driven? We need someone who can manage a high-performing sales team without sacrificing quality, all while adhering to the company’s procedural guidelines.
  • Lead with Process Excellence
  • Are you meticulous and process-driven? We need someone who strictly follows and improves our established procedures, ensuring consistency and precision.
  • Do you thrive on data and metrics? We’re looking for someone who can analyze numbers, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes that enhance our sales process.


More About You:

  1. Do you have 5+ years of experience in sales leadership? Your experience will be key to ensuring the best outcomes for our company.
  2. Are you a big-picture planner? You’ll need to plan and execute strategies for managing the entire sales funnel effectively.
  3. Are you skilled in communication? You’ll need to articulate complex information in a clear and approachable way.
  4. Can you inspire and lead? You will guide and mentor sales team leads and agents.
  5. Are you comfortable using time management and time-tracking software to log your work efficiently?


Qualifications:

  1. Senior Sales Leadership Experience (5+ years)
  2. Strong planning and organizational skills.
  3. High-level communication proficiency.
  4. Customer/client focus with a dedication to delivering the best outcomes.
