Role Overview As a seasoned sales leader passionate about property sales, team building, and revenue strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for all verticals at DSR Group. Your role will involve leading, coaching, and mentoring the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, you will build strong client relationships with channel partners, brokers, corporate accounts, and HNI buyers. Collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales funnels, pricing strategies, and conversion rates will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to forecast sales performance, analyze market trends, and present insights to the senior leadership team. Representing DSR Group at key industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the sales strategy for all verticals. - Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Build strong client relationships with channel partners, brokers, corporate accounts, and HNI buyers. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales funnels, pricing strategies, and conversion rates. - Forecast sales performance, analyze market trends, and present insights to the senior leadership team. - Represent DSR Group at key industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements. Qualification Required - 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience in real estate / property / construction / related sectors. - Track record of achieving ambitious sales goals in highly competitive markets. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability. - Customer-focused, energetic, and results-driven. - Experience managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
