Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and result-driven Director of Business Development / Head of Sales (B2B) to lead our corporate sales initiatives across India. The role requires a strong background in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within BFSI, Fintech, or SaaS sectors, and the ability to drive business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, a strong corporate network, and proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies within the Indian B2B technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scalable B2B sales strategies focused on corporate and enterprise clients in India.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in BFSI, Fintech, and SaaS domains.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align sales campaigns, lead qualification, and market positioning.
  • Drive predictable revenue growth through structured pipelines, effective forecasting, and strong customer relationships.
  • Implement sales methodologies and best practices for consistent and measurable outcomes.
  • Track and report key metrics such as lead-to-conversion rate, pipeline growth, and deal closures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and networking events to strengthen the brand presence.
    Key Requirements
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably within IT Services, BFSI, Fintech, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of global enterprise markets, with the ability to engage and build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
  • Ability to design and implement strategic business development initiatives that deliver measurable results.
  • Experience in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (preferred).
