Director Of Sales

As a Sales Manager at Indore Marriott Hotel, you will play a key role in leading the segmented sales effort and implementing the segment sales strategy to achieve revenue goals, guest satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to meet property sales objectives and personal booking goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with the sales leader to understand and effectively implement the sales strategy for the segment - Assist in developing and sustaining an aggressive solicitation program to increase business - Create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and the market for the segment - Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and support operational aspects of business booked - Analyze market information to achieve the propertys financial goals and identify areas for improvement - Ensure exceptional customer service by interacting with guests to obtain feedback and empower employees to provide excellent service - Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external - Collaborate with off-property sales channels to achieve property needs and ensure complementary sales efforts **Qualifications Required:** - 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing OR - 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 1 year of experience in sales and marketing At Indore Marriott Hotel, you will have the opportunity to be part of a global hospitality brand that values diversity and inclusion.
