Director of Operations


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead day-to-day operations for the RD Solutions GCC in Noida, supporting engineering and data delivery teams.
  • Drive predictable delivery across multiple programs, ensuring adherence to milestones, SLAs, and quality standards.
  • Act as a

    cultural enabler

    , reinforcing professionalism, accountability, transparency, and client-first behavior.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to enable

    talent growth, leadership development, and team capability building

  • Partner with delivery leaders to resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and prioritize work effectively.
  • Collaborate with HR on staffing, onboarding, utilization, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Establish and run operating rhythms, dashboards, and leadership reviews to provide delivery visibility.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, utilization tracking, and cost discipline for the delivery center.
  • Serve as an operational bridge between India teams and U.S. stakeholders, providing clear visibility into delivery health.
  • Drive continuous improvement across Agile, DevOps, and delivery execution processes.
  • Foster collaboration across India and U.S. teams with clear expectations and shared outcomes.

Qualifications


  • 12–18 years of experience in technology services, GCC operations, or consulting delivery.
  • 3–5+ years in operations, delivery management, or program leadership roles.
  • Experience supporting India delivery centers with

    100–300+ employees

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    Microsoft-based technology ecosystems

    and

    modern data platforms

    .
  • Preference for experience in

    Microsoft-centric and data-driven environments

    , including Azure, data engineering, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to influence culture without formal authority.
  • Strong communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills
