Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Create and run the company’s overall marketing strategy across AI platforms, services, and solutions.
  • Define the brand story and position the company as a leader in AI-driven clinical transformation.
  • Partner with leadership (CGO & COO) to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Build strong lead generation campaigns across digital, paid media, SEO/SEM, and email.
  • Design account-based marketing (ABM) programs to target top pharma, biotech, and medtech clients.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure marketing efforts drive qualified leads and revenue growth.

Content & Brand

  • Create high-quality content like case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Promote innovation in AI and healthcare at industry events and through campaigns.
  • Build relationships with media, analysts, and influencers to improve brand visibility.

Team & Operations

  • Hire, mentor, and manage a skilled marketing team.
  • Set up processes for campaign planning, lead scoring, funnel tracking, and reporting.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with sales, product, and delivery teams for go-to-market (GTM) execution.
  • Support new product launches with messaging and campaign plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales enablement and strategic campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years

    of B2B marketing experience with

    3–5 years in a leadership role

    .
  • Experience in

    SaaS, data platforms, or technology services

    .
  • Strong skills in demand generation, ABM, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
