Technical Recruiter (1-3 Yrs, Baner, Pune)

Must-Have Qualifications: 1- 3 years of experience in a staffing/recruitment consulting firm/BPO/ Sales Background. Strong ability to study and understand job requirements, not just skim through them. Comfortable with using job boards, LinkedIn, and community networks for sourcing. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Personable, relationship-driven, and confident with both candidates and clients Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and selection over volume Excel skills and data orientation are a plus Based in or around Baner, Pune (this is a work-from-office role) Your Key Responsibilities: Highlight relevant career opportunities to tech talent from our communities. Conduct intake meetings with clients to understand role context and selection criteria Use job portals, social media, and tech communities to identify and engage talent Represent the clients brand authentically to potential candidates Shortlist, schedule, and guide candidates through the hiring process Share candidate reports and status updates with clients Build talent pipelines for future needs and stay in touch with high-potential candidates Manage assigned client accounts with a focus on high-quality delivery. Proactively suggest process improvements or solutions to challenges. Potential to manage a small team (25 people) and contribute to client growth
