Job Description

As a Senior Sales Leader in Engineering & Manufacturing Services at ARAs Client, your role will involve shaping, positioning, and closing high-value opportunities across Engineering Services, Engineering Digitization, and Manufacturing domains. Your responsibilities will include: - Originating, shaping, and closing opportunities across multiple service lines, whether single or multi-service deals. - Leading client engagement from qualification to deal close to ensure profitable growth. - Driving early-stage positioning with client stakeholders and partnering with Client Account Leads (CALs) to develop and execute origination strategies. - Building trusted executive-level relationships and demonstrating thought leadership through POVs, industry insights, and solution positioning. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and differentiated solutions. - Leading, coaching, and motivating sales and technical teams to achieve quotas and expand the footprint in key accounts. - Monitoring pipeline health and ensuring accurate forecasting of sales opportunities. You should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in B2B Sales, Pursuit Management, and Deal Origination, with a strong track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals in Engineering/Manufacturing domains. Your expertise in GTM strategy, pursuit management, and sales process discipline will be crucial, along with global experience in managing complex client relationships and multi-year sales cycles. A Bachelor's degree is required, and having an MBA or advanced degree in Business/Engineering would be a nice-to-have qualification. In addition to these qualifications, you should possess behavioral competencies such as being a strategic influencer, team leader, having an entrepreneurial mindset, a client-centric approach, and strong collaboration and integrity skills.
