Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our housekeeping team as the Director of Housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and hotel management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeepers to achieve exceptional performance and provide training and coaching to improve their skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to enhance overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
