Director of Engineering

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Director of Engineering to lead our engineering team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and management, with excellent leadership skills.

• Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve hotel operations and guest experiences.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize engineering needs.
• Design and develop new engineering systems and processes to enhance hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze and resolve complex engineering issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in engineering management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-standard engineering tools and software.
