Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with 10-18 years of experience to lead our culinary team as the Director of Culinary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement innovative culinary concepts and menus to enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production.
Collaborate with other departments to create seamless service delivery.
Conduct menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve dining experiences.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a senior culinary role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
