Director of Consumer Growth & Brand
to lead marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty across emerging markets. You will own end-to-end marketing execution while shaping strategies for multi-channel brand presence, performance marketing, CRM, and localized activations. This high-impact role reports directly to the founders and offers the opportunity to influence business growth at scale.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Define and execute the company’s marketing strategy across brand, performance, CRM, and offline channels.Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing plans that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.Growth & Loyalty Programs
Build, scale, and optimize the Membership & Loyalty Program, crafting offers and repeat-purchase loops to enhance customer lifetime value.Design retention strategies tailored for Tier 2–5 markets, using data-driven approaches to maximize engagement.Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
Plan and implement integrated digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.Lead localized offline campaigns, activations, and events to engage smaller towns and emerging markets.Manage festive, product launch, and store-opening marketing calendars.Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead a small in-house team and external agency partners, ensuring timely and high-quality campaign delivery.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, operations, and supply chain teams to maximize marketing impact.Performance & Budget Management
Own marketing budgets and optimize spends to improve CAC, LTV, and ROI.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For
7–12 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, consumer internet, or D2C sectors.Proven success in multi-channel marketing, including digital, offline, and CRM-driven campaigns.Hands-on experience designing and scaling loyalty or membership programs.Strong understanding of Tier 2–5 consumer behavior and localized marketing strategies.Strategic thinker with excellent executional skills and data-driven decision-making ability.Comfortable in fast-paced, founder-led environments and capable of building marketing systems from scratch.Core Skills
