Director of Consumer Growth

As a dynamic and growth-oriented Director of Consumer Growth & Brand in the marketing industry, your role will involve leading marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty across emerging markets. Reporting directly to the founders, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's marketing strategy, translating consumer insights into actionable plans, and building loyalty programs tailored for Tier 2-5 markets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the company's marketing strategy across brand, performance, CRM, and offline channels. - Build, scale, and optimize the Membership & Loyalty Program to enhance customer lifetime value. - Plan and implement integrated digital campaigns across various platforms. - Lead a small in-house team and external agency partners to ensure high-quality campaign delivery. - Own marketing budgets and optimize spends to improve CAC, LTV, and ROI. **Qualifications Required:** - 7-12 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, consumer internet, or D2C sectors. - Proven success in multi-channel marketing, including digital, offline, and CRM-driven campaigns. - Hands-on experience designing and scaling loyalty or membership programs. - Strong understanding of Tier 2-5 consumer behavior and localized marketing strategies. - Strategic thinker with excellent executional skills and data-driven decision-making ability.,
