• Leading the Business School:

  Director is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy, overseeing academic programs and managing the schools resources.

• Developing and implementing strategic plans:

  The Director is responsible for creating and executing a strategic plan that aligns with the schools mission and vision.

• Ensuring Academic Quality:

  The Director is responsible for maintaining high academic standards and ensuring that the schools programs are of the highest quality, and the curriculum is of the highest standards and is benchmarked with the best institutions in the world.

• Building relationships with stakeholders

  : The Director works closely with the stakeholders including faculty, staff, students, alumni, international partners, professional bodies and external partners to build relationships and promote the school’s reputation.
• Integrate innovative teaching methodologies, case studies, and real-world applications into the program.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of program content, assessments, and instructional materials to meet academic curriculum.
• Ensure adherence to accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide faculty with ongoing support, training, and professional development opportunities.
• Implement strategies to foster active student engagement and participation in the online learning environment.
• Address student concerns and provide academic guidance to ensure their success.
• Integrate innovative technologies to enhance the virtual classroom experience.
• Develop effective assessment methods and evaluation criteria to measure student learning outcomes.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and faculty to enhance learning and teaching effectiveness.
• Analyze program data, student performance, and feedback to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Generate regular reports on program effectiveness and propose actionable insights.
• Collaborate with academic advisors, admissions teams, and marketing departments to ensure program alignment and effective student recruitment.
• Stay updated with educational trends, market demands, and competition in the online higher education sector.
• Stay informed about relevant educational regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure the program meets all necessary legal and regulatory criteria.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in academic administration, preferably in a business school.
• Strong understanding of academic quality assurance and accreditation processes.
• Experience with online and blended learning models.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights for continuous improvement.
