Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery for HiTech clients across multiple engagements.
Partner with client stakeholders to define, shape, and deliver AI-driven technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Drive engineering rigor and operational excellence across delivery teams.
Collaborate closely with
Operations and Engineering leaders
to scale capabilities, optimize processes, and ensure seamless execution.
Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams with strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Own delivery governance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and compliance.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business development for new pursuits.
Serve as a thought leader by evangelizing Incedos AI and HiTech delivery capabilities with clients and partners.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Advanced certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Program Management are a plus.
