About the Role: ISBR Business School is embarking on the construction of an landmark educational campus in Bangalore. We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Project Coordinator to serve as the single point of coordination between ISBR, the architectural firm CCBA, the project management consultant CBRE, and other associated vendors. This is a full-time contractual role for a period of 2 years, which may be extended based on project requirements and mutual agreement. It provides the opportunity to lead and manage one of the institution’s most strategic infrastructure projects. This role is pivotal in driving communication, coordination, and timely execution of the entire project from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the single-point coordinator among ISBR, CCBA, CBRE & other stakeholders. Monitor project milestones and ensure strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Facilitate regular site inspections, design reviews, and progress meetings with all stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of architectural drawings, approvals, and modifications. Provide daily/weekly project status updates to the ISBR Management. Identify and troubleshoot on-ground execution challenges proactively. Coordinate approvals from statutory bodies and local authorities as & when needed. Ensure that sustainability, safety, and compliance guidelines are strictly followed during construction. Be available on-site and off-site as required, acting as the face of ISBR during project execution. Who Should Apply: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture . 2+ years of relevant experience in institutional/commercial project coordination or construction management, is a plus. Proven ability to independently manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and consultants. Strong project management, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
