Job Description

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for strategic industry partnerships, career development and student success, alumni engagement, employer branding and communication, data-driven impact and reporting, stakeholder satisfaction, and budget and resource management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing and nurturing relationships with leading corporations, startups, and professional bodies to secure high-quality internship and job opportunities for students and alumni. You will also represent the institution at industry forums and employer events. - Designing and executing workshops, training programs, and career coaching initiatives, collaborating with faculty to integrate employability skills into academic programs, and improving career readiness through personalized student support and mentoring. - Building and implementing a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy, developing alumni mentoring and networking programs, and leveraging alumni for job referrals, guest lectures, and industry connections. - Positioning the institution as a top talent destination for employers, managing employer-facing communication and employer engagement platforms, and sharing success stories of students and alumni to enhance visibility and credibility. - Tracking student and alumni career outcomes through robust data systems, analyzing placement trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement, and presenting reports to leadership on performance metrics and strategic outcomes. - Collecting and acting on feedback from students, alumni, and recruiters to ensure high satisfaction levels through responsive and value-driven services, and fostering long-term relationships with repeat employers and alumni contributors. - Developing and managing budgets for career and engagement activities, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation, and exploring funding and sponsorship opportunities to scale initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field. - 10+ years of relevant experience in career services, corporate relations, or talent development. - Strong network across industries and proven track record of partnership building. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Data-driven mindset with experience in impact reporting and performance metrics. - Experience in Academia.,
