Summary:
GreenLiving is seeking a strategic, visionary, andexecution-driven Director | Go-to-Market Strategy to spearhead ourmarket-entry and expansion initiatives. This leadership role will beresponsible for designing and executing comprehensive sales and marketingstrategies, building and guiding high-performance teams, and ensuring seamlesscollaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success functions.
The Director will be instrumental in definingpositioning, launching products, penetrating target markets, and drivingmeasurable growth ensuring that GreenLivingsolutions reach the rightcustomers in the right way, at the right time.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Market Positioning
Develop and ownthe companygo-to-market (GTM) strategy, encompassing market segmentation,value propositions, and competitive positioning.
Partner withProduct and Customer Success teams to align offerings with customer needs andmarket trends.
Identifyhigh-potential markets and develop tailored entry strategies for each.
Team Leadership & Development
Build, lead, andmentor cross-functional sales and marketing teams, including BusinessDevelopment, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing Managers.
Set clear KPIs,performance metrics, and accountability frameworks for team success.
Foster a cultureof collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Oversee thecreation and execution of sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Guide businessdevelopment initiatives, key account management, and strategic partnerships.
Leveragedata-driven insights to optimize sales funnels, conversion rates, and clientlifetime value.
Marketing Execution & Brand Growth
Direct thedevelopment of multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness andgenerate qualified leads.
Ensure cohesivestorytelling and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints digital,social, events, and trade shows.
Oversee themarketing budget, ensuring high ROI for all activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as thecentral link between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensurealigned strategies and flawless execution.
Work closely withproduction and operations to guarantee delivery capabilities meet marketcommitments.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
Monitorcompetitor activities, market shifts, and emerging trends to adapt GTMstrategies proactively.
Champion customerfeedback loops to inform product enhancements and service improvements.

RequiredSkills and Qualifications:


Education: Bachelordegree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: 10+ years ofprogressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, or GTM roles, ideally inmodular furniture, home d cor, interiors, or related industries.
Proventrack record of successfully launching products or services into new markets.
Deepunderstanding of B2B sales cycles, marketing strategies, and customer successframeworks.
Exceptionalleadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiencyin CRM, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools.
Strongstrategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
