Summary:
GreenLiving.in is seeking a dynamic and confident SeniorSales Executive to join our fast-growing team. This field-based role is idealfor a self-motivated professional with a passion for consultative B2B sales inthe modular cabinetry and kitchen industry.
You will be the face of our brand in front of customers,architects, and interior designers, leveraging digital tools to present productcatalogs, design solutions, and materials. With extensive travel, you will beresponsible for driving client engagement, generating leads, and convertingopportunities into revenue.

Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Sales
Meet potentialclients on-site or at exhibitions/events across India.
Understand theirinterior design requirements and offer customized modular furniture solutions.
Convert inquiriesinto successful sales.
B2B Development
Identify andtarget potential B2B clients including architects, interior designers,builders, developers, corporate clients, and contractors.
Develop andmaintain a database of qualified leads.
Initiate contactthrough calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Build andmaintain long-term business relationships.
Product Demonstrations & Market Representation
Use interactivepresentations to showcase designs, finishes, and material options.
RepresentGreenLiving.in at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events nationwide.
Relationship Building & Collaboration
Foster strong ties with architects, contractors, anddesigners to drive recurring business.
Work closely with design, project execution, andproduction teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Lead Generation & Sales Strategy
Scan markets for new construction projects and generatebusiness opportunities.
Achieve sales targets through effective accountmanagement and strategic selling.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, andfollow-ups.
Submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance andpipeline updates.
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


Education : Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience : 5-7 years in B2B sales (preferably ininterior design, modular kitchen, furniture, home decor, or lifestyleproducts).
IndustryNetwork: Strongconnections with architects, interior designers, and developers.
Core Skills: Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
o Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills in English and local languages.
o Proficient in CRM tools and digitalreporting systems.
o Proven track record in meeting andexceeding sales targets.
o Ability to work independently and travelextensively.
Preferred : Knowledge of interior design concepts.
Personality : Presentable, confident, andcustomer-focused.
