Position Purpose:

Manage the end-to-end process on rewards and other contractual aspects for senior leaders. Additionally, lead and/or participate in global rewards projects, including rewards framework and design, governance, policies, M&A activities etc.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Produce compensation packages for senior leaders that require top management approvals and support the communication and implementation of such packages. This includes competitive new hire compensation proposals, terminations, special retention actions and other off-cycle requests, as well as the preparation of the relevant documents. Ensure accurate implementation in line with compliance and governance requirements.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Tax and Global Mobility on specific cases to ensure appropriate governance, as well as (tax) compliance requirements.
  • Manage the year-end compensation process for senior leaders, including preparation of communication / information material, data validation, benchmark reviews. Ensure accurate implementation in line with compliance and governance requirements.
  • Advise the P&O Partners on compensation packages for senior management roles, where needed.
  • Develop communication material for senior management, helping them to understand the compensation and benefits delivered (e.g., salary letters, brochures, total compensation statements, individual reports, etc.).
  • Analysis and reporting of senior management compensation such as retention values, compensation projections, tax, or cash-flow analysis, etc.
  • Analyze compensation systems, programs, processes, and data (e.g., executive benchmarking, incentive payout modelling, etc.). Set out results and recommendations tailored to various audiences.
  • Lead and/or participate in rewards related projects and M&A activities. Contribute to rewards policy design, program design and compensation systems, defining and applying the governance framework, etc.
  • Substitute and/or support other Executive Rewards and Equity Rewards related activities as required. Pro-actively seek to simplify and improve the way we work

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • MBA or post graduate post-graduate HR qualification desirable with min years relevant P&O/Rewards experience, preferably in complex, international organization
  • Strong business acumen
  • Advanced understanding of benefits practices in main locations, tax aspects on equity plans, Global Mobility benefits, and rewards M&A activities is a plus
  • Demonstrated P&O business partner mindset and customer sensitivity
  • Proven analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. Ability to manage, influence and provide solutions to senior stakeholders that often have conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work across P&O disciplines to help the business find solutions to complex cases. Negotiation skills / Ability to professionally challenge decisions even when interacting with senior executives
