Director - Employee Relations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for instilling and managing processes under the Employee Relations function, working closely with the Senior Management and Leadership Team. Your role will involve driving various initiatives to enhance cultural development and employee engagement. As a part of this, you will report to the Head of Employee Relations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the employee management life cycle from onboarding to exit. - Design and oversee the implementation of critical initiatives to enhance the company's culture and attractiveness as an employer in the Analytics industry. - Track and report key metrics such as headcount, attrition, leaves, and other HR metrics. - Revise organizational policies and procedures while ensuring compliance. - Conduct an associate survey to gauge employee satisfaction. - Manage internal communication channels to facilitate communications and feedback within the company. - Handle employee grievances and escalate potential cultural issues to the Employee Relations lead. - Identify process gaps, areas of improvement, and suggest relevant solutions to the Head of Employee Relations. - Propose new initiatives and processes with industry benchmarks. - Oversee and organize internal events, company outings, and employee engagement activities. Qualification Required: - 8-12 years of experience in similar roles at start-ups or mid-size companies. - MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute is preferable. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with influencing capabilities. - Experience in managing people and leading teams to deliver results. - Independent thought leadership combined with a team-oriented approach.
