Director - Employee Relations

As a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of progressive experience, you will be responsible for driving the employee relations strategy, conflict resolution, and compliance in a dynamic and growth-focused environment. Your role as the Director (Employee Relations) at our Gurgaon location will involve leading employee relations policies and programs, resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, guiding and coaching managers on employee matters, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, mentoring a team of ER professionals, and fostering open communication and a culture of inclusion. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in conflict management, performance improvement plans (PIPs), corrective action plans (CAPs), and disciplinary actions. With at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, you should demonstrate a proven ability to lead in complex organizations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and MS Office.
