Responsibilities Of The Role
- Strategy Development: Create and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including PPC, SEO, display advertising, and social media.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic insights to drive performance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Proficiency in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
