- Lead business requirement, prioritization, and translation into actionable development backlogs.
- Conduct workshops with Audit Innovation teams to derive and refine requirements.
- Work on developing proof of concepts on various use-cases along with Developers and Solution Architects
- Ability to learn different tools and technologies related to the application of AI in the Audit
- Ability to handle stakeholder relationships across member firms
- Be a coach / mentor to a team of Managers, Seniors, Associates, and train them to deliver high quality solutions
- Demonstrate professionalism, industry competence and clarity of communication when dealing with the engagement teams
- Use technology (on specific areas of work), continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery
- Contribute to technical and soft-skills training to continually develop the team's skills on industry specific areas of work
- Coordinate with business team and LT to understand the business needs and work with development team to build custom solutions
- Apply Agile product management practices to ensure efficient and iterative delivery of AI products.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and technical experts to deliver impactful solutions.
Hold relevant Product Management certifications (e.g., SAFe or equivalent) to support structured delivery frameworks.
Development-
- Work closely with Business Analysts to comprehend project demands and offer recommendations on solutions; guide BA’s on best practices for building audit solutions
- Actively lead preparation and review of all relevant documentation to enable tool usage like business requirements, test cases, user manuals, and other required documentation
- Coordinate testing of new solution releases working with the Product Integrity team
- Ensure effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained
- Monitor and control resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders
Manage people -
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation and cooperation.
- Be a performance manager to guide and coach GTS professionals on career advancement and provide continuous feedback throughout the performance year on their development areas
- Actively participate and lead overall performance development and feedback process at team level and at overall GDC level
- Prior team and people management skills and ability to handle stakeholder relationships are helpful.
Lead projects

- Lead / participate in firm’s strategic initiatives and/or corporate social responsibility programs
- Experience working in leading audit firms with proven project management skills — managing teams on multiple projects in client-facing roles/debugging skills
- Drive ideas related to efficiencies, compliance and projects
- Contribute to business development and drive strategic programs and projects; to be implemented within the agreed time and budget
- Sound understanding of various internal frameworks and guidelines; ensuring adherence of self and team
Mandatory technical & functional skills
- Good knowledge of US GAAS
- Project management skills in development projects: Should have handled multiple programs in parallel.
- Experience with applying emerging technologies in solution development - Good exposure on latest innovations in AI/ML
- Working knowledge of JIRA
- AI/GenAI product development understanding

- CA (Chartered Accountant) / CPA
Work Experience
- Total number of years of work experience – 18+
- Relevant number of years of work experience required – 12+
- Experience as a product manager / product owner
- Demonstrate hands on experience working with technology, preferably in the AI stack or building analytics solutions in Audit
- Formulated and execute strategic plans to integrate technology to drive business / process improvements
- Experience leading technology projects from ideation to implementation
