Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. Monitor competitors, identify emerging e-commerce trends, and recommend innovative sales strategies. Enhance the customer journey and user experience to increase engagement and reduce cart abandonment rates. Track and report KPIs, such as sales reports, inventory analysis, traffic, conversion rates etc.
