The Senior Manager D2C (Direct to Consumer) position requires a candidate with a combination of strong business acumen and deep expertise in digital sales and e-commerce. Key Responsibilities: 1. **D2C Strategy & Performance Ownership:** - Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the Direct to Consumer channel, with a focus on achieving aggressive sales growth targets. 2. **Website Management:** - Lead the end-to-end management of the Direct to Consumer website, including UI/UX enhancements, SEO optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and technological improvements. 3. **Team & Cross-functional Leadership:** - Establish and oversee a cross-functional team dedicated to Direct to Consumer operations, covering digital marketing, performance analysis, operations, and customer experience. 4. **Marketing & Growth Execution:** - Direct performance marketing initiatives across various channels, including paid media, organic strategies, email campaigns, influencer collaborations, and affiliate programs. 5. **Data & Performance Tracking:** - Monitor key metrics related to website performance, such as traffic volume, conversion rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Average Order Value (AOV), and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
